This policy explains how JERNEE by B4UZ collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you visit the website, search for places, save places in your browser or submit business and place information for review.

• Requester information such as your name, contact details, phone number, LINE, Facebook, email address or other information you choose to provide.
• Place information such as the business name, category, area, description, address, opening hours, links and images.
• Technical and usage information necessary for security, spam prevention, performance analysis and troubleshooting.
• Saved places are stored in Local Storage in the browser on your device and are not linked to a user account.

• Review submissions, contact you, make corrections and decide whether to publish place information.
• Provide search and display functions and maintain the accuracy of the website.
• Prevent unusual activity, spam, inappropriate uploads and security incidents.
• Analyze aggregate usage and improve the website experience and performance.
• Comply with legal obligations or exercise legal rights when necessary.

We use information only as necessary for the stated purposes, relying on an applicable legal basis such as providing a service you requested, our legitimate interests in platform security and quality, compliance with legal obligations or consent where required by law.

The website uses infrastructure and database providers such as Vercel and Supabase, together with installed performance-analysis services. These providers may process information as necessary to perform their functions and under their own terms.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to system providers, advisers, lawful authorities or people needed to review a request. Some information may be processed outside Thailand depending on the location of a provider's systems. We will use appropriate measures where reasonably required.

We retain information for as long as necessary for review, publication, prevention of misuse and the exercise of legal rights. When a request is deleted, associated original images are deleted through the system process. If submitted information is approved and used to create a place page, the approved information and images may remain until they are corrected or removed.

Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may have the right to request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability or withdrawal of consent, and to submit a complaint to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.

Submit only information you have the right to provide. Avoid unnecessary personal information and sensitive data. A person who has not reached legal age should receive suitable guidance or consent from a lawful representative.
